We are excited to invite a new member to our neurology team, which currently consists of one neurologist and two advanced practice providers.

• Position Type: Outpatient role with no on-call responsibilities.
• Recognition: Our facility is a designated Primary Stroke Center and has received the 2020 "Get with the Guidelines" Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award.

About Our Medical Center

Our neurology clinic is situated within a regional referral teaching hospital, which boasts 342 beds and has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Hospitals in the nation. The facility offers easy access to a wide range of specialists, laboratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and various other healthcare services.

• We employ over 300 healthcare providers across multiple specialties, including primary care, neurosurgery, cardiology, general surgery, orthopedic surgery, vascular surgery, plastic surgery, bariatric surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pulmonary/critical care, neurology, rheumatology, dermatology, infectious disease, palliative care, urology, ENT, GI, nephrology, endocrinology, psychiatry, and more.
• Our regional health system serves 14 counties, encompassing the medical center, seven critical access hospitals, and 42 clinics throughout northern Iowa.
• The neurology team provides care to approximately 260,000 individuals who rely on us as their trusted healthcare partner.
• We are a Level III Trauma Center that offers post-graduate education programs, including Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency Programs, as well as a Cardiology Fellowship.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package along with excellent benefits:

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 starting bonus.
• Base Salary: $114,121 for up to two years; $118,876 for over two years, plus production incentives.
• PTO: 34 days of paid time off per year.
• CME Allowance: $3,000 annually.
• Benefits Begin: On the first day of employment, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
• Disability Insurance: Short-term and long-term coverage provided.
• Retirement Plans: 403(b) retirement plan with employer contributions and matching; optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan.
• Liability Insurance: Employer-sponsored professional liability insurance and tail coverage.
