This opportunity is open due to steady demand for advisory and litigation support in California's dynamic employment law environment. ++Description:++ The associate will support a broad range of labor and employment matters, including single-plaintiff and class/collective action litigation, internal investigations, and employment counseling. You will work directly with clients, draft pleadings and motions, and engage in strategy development alongside senior partners.
