Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to a caseload of clients experiencing mental health crises and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct initial assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

• Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team to advance patient care and integrate various health services.

• Engage in regular monitoring of clients’ progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly, ensuring interventions align with client-driven goals.

• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions, offering support and facilitating discussions around grief, loss, and transition issues.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring timely and effective responses to clients in urgent situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions in compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Calm Harbor Mental Health P.C offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
