Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through telehealth consultations, gathering detailed clinical histories and identifying presenting concerns.

• Develop, implement, and periodically update personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs, ensuring evidence-based practices are employed.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques, to foster client engagement and progress.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for clinical reviews.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals as needed for clients with complex needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that are culturally responsive to foster inclusiveness and understanding among diverse clients.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, utilizing strong handling skills to provide immediate support during high-stress situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work directly with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Our ideal candidate is equipped to nurture a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients of diverse cultural backgrounds, ensuring they receive the respect and understanding they deserve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of clinical experience working with various mental health conditions, demonstrating advanced assessment and intervention capabilities.

• A deep understanding of contemporary mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficiency in EHR systems and relevant software applications crucial for managing client data and documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
