Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote and allows you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients via secure video conferencing platforms. While you will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, the standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. The remote setting cultivates a flexible work-life balance, but the commitment to our clients remains paramount.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders within individuals and families, applying evidence-based methodologies.

• Create comprehensive, individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic needs.

• Conduct regular counseling sessions with clients to monitor their progress, adjust treatment plans, and implement new strategies as necessary.

• Perform ongoing assessments to gauge client improvements and adapt therapeutic interventions accordingly.

• Utilize a range of modalities, including individual and group therapy sessions, to provide holistic treatment options.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to refer clients to specialists as needed, ensuring a multidisciplinary approach to care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills with the capacity to motivate and inspire clients.

• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience. We provide a robust benefits package, including:
