Human Resources Specialist

In this role, you would Serve as a key administrator for the organization's HRIS platform (UKG preferred) Manage employee data, personnel changes, and HR reporting Support onboarding, orientations, recruiting activities, and leave of absence administration Partner closely with HR leadership and Generalists on critical HR processes Gain broad exposure across multiple areas of Human Resources while becoming a trusted HR systems exper t The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HR Operations, HR Administration, or HRIS experience Strong HRIS knowledge (UKG experience is highly valued) Advanced Excel and reporting skills Experience with onboarding, employee records management, and compliance process Excellent communication and organizational skills This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their impact within HR while leveraging both systems expertise and operational experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
