With a start date as soon as possible and continuing through June 25, 2027, you’ll make a lasting difference for learners on the path to high school completion and future success. This full-time position includes a 40-hour work week, allowing for strong connections with students, colleagues, and families.

What we’re seeking:

• Current certification as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist
• Previous experience—preferred—in high school special education, transitional, or dropout recovery programs
• Expertise in designing and adapting IEPs based on individual student needs
• Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• A commitment to fostering a supportive, inclusive classroom environment
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility in a dynamic educational setting

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized instruction aligned with IEPs and program goals
• Monitoring student progress and adjusting strategies as needed
• Advocating for student needs in academic planning and transition services
• Collaborating with general education staff, administrators, and community resources
• Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and professional development
