Payroll Manager - Remote (U.S. & U.K. Payroll)

Cherry Bekaert

Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing, global organization to identify a Payroll Manager to oversee U.S. and U.K. payroll operations. This is a fully remote role for candidates based on the East Coast.

Key Responsibilities

Manage endtoend U.S. and U.K. payroll processing
Oversee multistate and international payroll compliance
Act as a handson "playercoach" within the payroll function
Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers
Improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
Support payroll team members and vendor relationships

Qualifications

7+ years of payroll experience, including management
Experience processing both U.S. and U.K. payroll
UKG (or similar) payroll system experience required
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting
Ability to work remotely on East Coast business hours

Details

Employment Type: Direct Hire
Location: Remote (East Coast preferred)
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus bonus potential
