Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health histories, strengths, and challenges, utilizing effective engagement techniques.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that include measurable goals and structured interventions designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes that encourage peer support and shared experiences, enhancing the therapeutic process.

• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to ensure the coordination of care, which may include regular case conferences and integrated treatment approaches.

• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment to clients in immediate need, creating safety plans and connecting them with appropriate resources.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and interventions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, along with clinic policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000–100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a sign-on bonus.
