Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess physical condition, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient's unique goals and conditions, incorporating techniques like manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities.
• Deliver hands-on treatment sessions, utilizing advanced methodologies to ensure effective rehabilitation and pain management.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment processes, body mechanics, and preventive care to foster long-term health outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on ongoing assessments.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate a coordinated approach to patient care, enhancing recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice addresses a diverse range of conditions that affect adult and pediatric populations. You will work with patients suffering from back and neck pain, osteoarthritis, sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance and gait deficits, among others. Our holistic approach ensures that every treatment plan is tailored to the individual, considering deeper personal and contextual factors that can influence recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.
• Board certification through the American Physical Therapy Association is required.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a physical therapy role is essential.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using advanced therapeutic techniques and treatment modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
