Legal Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the legal and contract operations, the full-time Legal Specialist will manage contract-related requests, assist the legal team with projects, and serve as the primary administrator for the Legal Department's systems in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Process contract-related requests including reviewing and approving various agreements and sending contracts for signature Assist the legal team with legal-related projects and coordinate workflow within the legal department Draft legal documents and manage the timely payment of outside counsel and legal vendors Required qualifications 2+ years of relevant work experience in a legal or contract management role Knowledge of the legal industry and contract management systems Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work independently Experience with AI-enabled tools and analytics in a legal context Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
