About This Role:
This position is responsible for the picking and packing of orders, receiving of inbound shipments to be placed in inventory and shipping out orders through various carriers (i.e. Fed Ex, UPS). This role will ensure inventory accuracy which is managed in an ERP system (Navision). Daily tasks will also include executing cycle counting practices and maintaining an organized work space.

Activities:

1. Picks inventory in relation to system and sales order demand.
2. Responsible for packing sales orders to ensure inventory accuracy of the order.

• Packaging can include ice packs or dry ice. All products have a specific storage temperature they must ship at.

1. Shipping orders through our Enzo Enabled Shipping App, domestically and internationally.
2. Receive vendor inventory and must:
   • Verify all data including lot number and expiration date.
   • Match received items to packing slips.
   • Accurately enter received items into the ERP system, Navision.
   • Organize, label and store received items based on date of receipt and lot number.
3. Review expiration reports for timely utilization or disposal, and maintain data on expired product disposal.
4. Conduct periodic cycle counts and compare to the inventory system for variances.
5. Develop, update, and maintain standard operating procedures for all roles within the warehouse department.
6. Identify and suggest improvements to build efficiencies into the shipping, receiving and inventory management process.
7. Flexibility to assume new tasks and roles within the warehouse department as the daily priorities shift.

About You:

Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field a plus
Experience: 3+ years of related experience in receiving and inventory control. ERP experience preferred. OSHA forklift certified a plus
Skills:
Good oral and written communication skills
Good organizational skills
Detail-oriented, and strong follow up, problem solving, and analytical skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Strong math skills
Able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible in responding to changing demands
Computer proficiency required, including MS Excel
Database management skills desired
