Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across all age groups, addressing their emotional, social, and psychological needs.

• Regularly conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans suited to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and administrative records in a timely manner to ensure quality care.

• Utilize our comprehensive billing service to manage client accounts, insurance claims, and eligibility checks, allowing you to focus on therapeutic responsibilities.

• Schedule follow-up appointments with clients and maintain an organized calendar to track upcoming sessions and ensure consistency of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our hospice center, you will work closely with patients facing terminal illnesses, providing them and their families with emotional support and guidance. Our client focus ranges from adults dealing with end-of-life issues to families seeking help in navigating grief and loss. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients find peace and acceptance through therapeutic interventions, empowering them to cope with their circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Clinical Psychology, and a current license as an LCSW in Texas is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. As a W2 employee, you will benefit from:
