This role contributes to defining product strategy and is accountable for delivering product initiatives that drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance the client value proposition.The incumbent owns key elements of the product lifecycle and manages a defined portfolio of initiatives, balancing strategic priorities with execution. The role also holds responsibility for ensuring products operate within established risk frameworks, policies, and procedures, maintaining strong governance and control standards.Contributes to the definition and execution of product strategy and roadmap, aligned with business objectives and market opportunitiesOwns the delivery of product initiatives, including prioritization, requirements definition, implementation, and post-launch performance managementManages product performance, including revenue, profitability, client adoption, and utilization, and drives actions to optimize resultsIdentifies and develops new revenue opportunities through product enhancements, pricing strategies, and value-added capabilitiesManages and prioritizes the product pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective execution of key initiativesEstablishes and maintains product documentation, including policies and procedures, ensuring clarity, consistency, and complianceActs as owner of product-related governance, ensuring adherence to internal policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirementsIdentifies, assesses, and manages product risks, partnering with Risk and Compliance to implement appropriate controls and mitigation strategiesCollaborates with Technology, Operations, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver scalable and well-controlled product solutionsConducts market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform product positioning and strategic directionDrives continuous improvement of product capabilities based on performance insights, client feedback, and market trendsProvides guidance and oversight to junior team members, ensuring high-quality execution and supporting team developmentWhat You Bring:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education:Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - RequiredQualifications:Must possess 6+ years of cash management product development and/or business development at a financial services institution. - Required.6+ years of Financial Services industry experience. - Required.Subject matter expert as related to cash management products (payments, receivables & liquidity management) and compliance regulations.Strong analytical and financial acumen with ability to manage product performance and profitabilityDemonstrated ability to manage product lifecycle, including strategy execution and deliveryAbility to develop pricing strategies and identify revenue-generating opportunitiesStrong understanding of product governance, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirementsAbility to create and maintain product policies and proceduresAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignmentDemonstrates ability to develop business cases and strategic product initiativesEffective communication skills with ability to present to senior management​Certifications:CTP or similar treasury certification is a plus.It Would Be Nice For You To Have:Established work history or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education.Work Authorization & Sponsorship:Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring employer sponsorship to commence employment.What Else You Need To Know:The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week.
