Description Clinical Pharmacist for Maternal/Child at Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift Providence St. Vincent Medical Center is a 523-bed community teaching hospital and tertiary referral center, which serves as the pediatric center for the Providence Oregon Region. The Clinical Pharmacist – Maternal/Child provides care to patients in our Level III NICU, general pediatric ward, and Obstetrics/L&D. The clinical pharmacist works closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide direct patient care, including responding to medical emergencies. The clinical pharmacist also serves as a preceptor for our pharmacy residents and student pharmacists. Our clinical pharmacists work 10-hour shifts (weekdays and every third weekend) which will be primarily days and evenings. Required Qualifications PharmD Pharmacy or bachelor's degree in pharmacy Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency Why Join Providence?
