Summary The Manager, Merchandising Execution and Logistics on the Fragrance and Beauty Operational Excellence team will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive merchandising execution and logistical support across retail partners. The role coordinates collateral kitting, manages merchandising updates and installations, and serves as the primary escalation contact for market execution issues. Strong operational problem-solving, vendor management, and attention to store environment details are central to success in this role. Responsibilities Coordinate collateral kitting logistics for cross-functional initiatives Own successful execution of merchandising updates at Ulta in partnership with market, production, and commercial teams Serve as primary point of contact and escalation for merchandising execution needs across the market team Manage resolution of image and video install concerns and other in-store installation issues Build and maintain communication flow between internal teams, market, and third-party vendors Collect feedback, track and document procedures, and drive continuous process improvements Create executional training and educational materials for market teams Inform and influence execution strategies using store environment and logistics knowledge Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree required Ability to be in the New York corporate office at least three days per week Operational background preferred; experience with Smartsheet preferred Retail experience a plus; strong project management, communication, and organizational skills Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
