Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in community settings and through virtual appointments.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, guiding clients through their treatment plans and achieving therapeutic goals.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and assessments, crafting integrated care plans that address individual needs and connecting clients with relevant support services.

• Monitor client progress, ensuring timely interventions and adjustments to treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance service delivery and participate in quality improvement initiatives within the agency.

• Provide on-call coverage as needed, assisting in crisis intervention efforts and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.

• Document clinical encounters and maintain accurate and timely records to support client care and fulfill organizational obligations.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to strengthen skills and knowledge specific to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
