Cath Lab Tech PositionPosition / Specialty: Cath Lab TechShift: Will work 4x10hrs Day Shifts (0700-1730) but varies as we stay until procedures are complete. Daily Caseload per tech: We run 4 to 5 labs per day with 2 CVT per lab. Case load is around 20 cases per day.Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) Yes, call requirements are one weekend (Fri, Sat, Sun) per month and a call shift and evening shift every week. Call requirements may change based on staffing needs. Holidays as needed.Will this traveler float between service lines? (Y/N) NoFloating Req to Sister Facilities: (Y/N) NoRequired/Preferred Years of experience REQ: 2+ years of experience. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) YesNational Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS, ARRT or RCIS (registered or in process), Must have SC license (SCRQSA).Radiation Badge REQ: Yes. Radiation badge MUST be provided by agency; MUSC does NOT provide radiation badges to travelers.BLS REQ: (Y/N) YESSpecial Requirements: Cath Lab Experience. Proficient in coronary diagnostic/intervention scrub and monitor.Open to accommodating block schedule? Requires manager's approval upon request. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
