Although you will primarily work from home, our outpatient office facilities in Springfield serve as a base for collaborative meetings and team support. Our work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments using evidence-based practices and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to address a wide range of mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
