Not Your Average Joe's is hiring a Sous Chef! Job Overview: As a Sous Chef you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will oversee all kitchen hourly positions, providing leadership and ensuring the consistent execution of our quality standards, operating systems, procedures, philosophies, and culture. We are seeking a focused, hardworking, team oriented Chef with a strong background in cooking, organization and leadership.
