Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ substance abuse histories, mental health status, and other psychosocial factors that may affect their recovery journey.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and co-occurring mental health issues, ensuring alignment with best practice methods.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, aiming to foster engagement and resilience among clients.

• Work collaboratively with the treatment team, including case managers and psychiatric staff, to ensure continuity of care and effectively address clients’ evolving needs.

Qualifications\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
