You will be part of a collaborative care team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, all working together to optimize treatment and support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate each client's substance use history and mental health status, identifying needs and treatment goals.

• Design and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that effectively address both addiction and any underlying psychological issues.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to enhance engagement and therapeutic processes.

• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistent, integrated care for all clients, including attending team meetings and case consultations.

• Educate and involve clients’ families in the recovery process by providing resources and strategies for support, fostering a holistic approach to treatment.

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress and compliance with regulatory standards, thereby upholding the highest levels of professional integrity.

You will primarily work with adults dealing with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, seeking a supportive environment to facilitate their recovery journey. The focus is on understanding clients’ unique situations and empowering them through tailored therapy, education, and support.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated specialized training or professional experience in addiction counseling or related treatment methodologies.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices applicable to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Strong therapeutic skills, with a proven ability to motivate and engage clients in their recovery process.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a collaborative mindset conducive to teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a substance abuse treatment setting is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Prior experience in facilitating group therapy sessions and educational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
