Administrative Aide
OLSON'S LOLO HOT SPRINGS INC
Administrative Aide The Administrative Aide will provide onsite administrative and operational support during events, evenings and weekends. This position will assist with day-to-day operations, events planning and execution, administrative responsibilities, staff support, and general oversight to help ensure the property continues to operate efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Perform general administrative and clerical duties Provide support and guidance to staff as needed Monitor daily operations and address routine issues within the scope of the position Communicate operational concerns, incidents, and important updates to management Assist with opening, closing, and other nightly or weekend procedures Help ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are being followed Help Director of Events/HR plan and execute events as needed. Complete additional duties and projects as assigned by the Director of HR/Events or General Manager The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, professional, and comfortable working independently, exercising good judgment, and taking initiative when management is not onsite. #J-18808-Ljbffr OLSON'S LOLO HOT SPRINGS INC
