Talent Coordinator

Supporting consultants throughout their assignment lifecycle, the full-time remote Talent Coordinator will manage onboarding, quality check-ins, assignment tracking, and performance follow-up while providing administrative support to the Client Relationship Management team. Key responsibilities Assist candidates with interview preparation and conduct debriefs to gather feedback for the recruiting team Support onboarding activities and maintain ongoing communication with consultants to ensure a positive engagement experience Monitor assignment dates, track contract end dates, and facilitate assignment extensions or offboarding as needed Required qualifications Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, human resources, or customer service Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred Strong organizational and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
