Emphasizing flexibility and work-life balance, our telehealth model allows therapists to engage with clients in a comfortable and accessible manner. Working from home, you will have the necessary tools and technology to conduct virtual assessments, therapy sessions, and collaborate with your team while maintaining a structured approach through normal business hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to gauge the severity and frequency of clients' mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create tailored treatment plans that reflect their individual goals, preferences, and circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families on understanding mood disorders and available treatment options, providing practical self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic techniques as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Stay informed on the latest research in mood disorders to continually enhance treatment approaches.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions to refine clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with clients experiencing a range of mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related issues. You will play a crucial role in fostering a supportive therapeutic environment, allowing clients to openly discuss their thoughts and emotions, ultimately aiding them in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Must hold current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches, particularly with mood disorders.

• Sound knowledge of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other medical professionals.

• Demonstrated success in achieving positive treatment outcomes with clients suffering from mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
