Community Sales Manager

As a Community Sales Manager (CSM) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They aren’t just “buying a home," it's about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a CSM is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a CSM, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating a customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners. CSMs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week. This role is 100% commission, with a strong earning potential. Requirements Must be a Licensed Realtor in the state of Tennessee. Minimum of two years Residential production home selling experience. Equivalent commissioned sales experience will be considered. Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times. Preferred Qualifications Positive and caring attitude. Outgoing, professional demeanor. Be able to exercise judgment and discretion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members.
