What You Will Get To Do: Maintaining and verifying client accounts Verify household ledgers (grocery, cash, EBT) Processing payments and managing bills for supported individuals Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Timely and professional communication with external Representative Payee's Prepare annual Individual Financial Plans (IFP) for clients Develop and submit monthly expense reports Ensuring client funds are handled in accordance with Washington Administrative codes Maintain regular communication with supervisor and attend management team meetings as needed Maintain accurate tracking of all financial transactions for consumers and clear records for audit purposes Qualifications Experience with I/DD population (preferred) High School Diploma or GED Working knowledge of financial, accounting, banking and account reconciliation procedures Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills Additional Information Dungarvin believes that diversity and inclusion make our organization stronger.
