The ideal candidate will have:Excellent writing, research and analytical skillsSupport partners and senior attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparationConduct legal research and prepare memoranda on substantive legal issuesManage case deadlines and ensure timely filings and compliance with procedural rulesParticipate in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.Thrive in a collegial, fast-paced environment with opportunities for early responsibility and direct client interactionThe anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $150,000 – $170,000 plus annual performance-based bonuses. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s years of practice and experience.
