Client Acquisition Manager

Managing a team of Account Executives, the remote Manager, Client Acquisition will focus on pipeline reviews, forecasting, and ensuring the team has the necessary tools to attract new merchants while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer solutions. Key responsibilities Conduct weekly pipeline reviews and update forecasting for large accounts Monitor activity levels using SFDC reports and dashboards to ensure quota achievement Provide coaching and feedback to the Account Executive team while collaborating with the VP of Client Acquisition Required qualifications Minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience Established track record of success as an Account Executive or in a sales closing role Consistent results in quota attainment Experience in motivating and managing a high-performing sales team Proactive in providing feedback to improve sales processes
