Sales Enablement & Training Specialist

Job Overview As a Sales Enablement and Training Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering our Sales Spin‑Up onboarding program and targeted skills workshops. You’ll engage new hires, current team members, and sales leaders to improve their understanding of Stripe’s products and sales strategies, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to create engaging, relevant training content. Responsibilities Lead 101 and 201 live onboarding and training sessions, ensuring an engaging and effective experience for new hires. Organize and facilitate sales‑skills workshops to elevate seller performance in the SF hub. Travel locally to support virtual delivery for the Asia‑Pacific team as needed. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to identify enablement needs and sales‑skills gaps. Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to develop engaging training materials, including presentations, role‑plays, and interactive exercises. Tailor content for various roles, segments, and sales motions, demonstrating empathy for sellers. Assess training effectiveness through participant feedback and performance metrics, iterating on content and delivery methods. Provide ongoing coaching and support to reinforce learning and drive continuous improvement. Help foster a learning culture at Stripe by building relationships with regional stakeholders. Minimum Requirements 8+ years of experience in sales, sales enablement, or a related field, focused on onboarding or skills development. A passion for teaching, strong grasp of adult learning principles, and ability to deliver engaging, hands‑on programs. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training sessions, both virtual and in‑person. Experience coaching and delivering value‑selling or solution‑selling programs. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to work cross‑functionally with senior leaders and subject‑matter experts. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, managing multiple training initiatives simultaneously. Experience in sales environments, ideally with SaaS or financial‑technology solutions. Proactive, adaptable mindset, navigating ambiguity and changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications Experience in fast‑paced, dynamic sales environment with a focus on quota attainment. Familiarity with learning‑management systems (LMS) and e‑learning tools. Strong facilitation skills with experience in coaching and mentoring.
