Work Environment\n

This remote position offers flexibility to balance personal and professional responsibilities while contributing to our outpatient operations. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will join a passionate team of mental health professionals dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative work culture. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients and their families.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address individual psychosocial stressors, ensuring continuous monitoring and adjustment based on client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing urgent mental health challenges, utilizing evidence-based strategies for immediate stabilization and referral to community resources.

• Document detailed patient histories, treatment approaches, session outcomes, and follow-up plans using our electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support ongoing education regarding clients’ needs and psychosocial factors.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and domestic violence. Your role will be pivotal in fostering healing and offering practical coping strategies to empower clients in their personal journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong foundation in mental health treatment modalities, with a track record of successful interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, particularly working with a varied demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
