Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to formulate personalized treatment plans informed by comprehensive psychosocial assessments, considering patients’ unique needs and goals.

• Engage with community resources and leadership groups to represent MindShift Behavioral Health, actively participating in meetings and committees dedicated to addressing patients’ social and psychological needs.

• Provide effective individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case management services to patients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.

• Maintain open communication channels with physicians and other healthcare professionals, providing updates on patient progress, emerging needs, and any issues that may arise.

• Ensure meticulous documentation and adherence to regulatory standards by maintaining accurate clinical records and progress notes in accordance with departmental protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population consists of diverse individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon is essential for this role.

• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting is necessary.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

Compensation and Benefits\n
