Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive remote assessments to unearth clients' mental health needs, allowing you to develop effective treatment plans aimed at enhancing their well-being.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy tailored to diverse client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• An active and unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Please note that we cannot accept applicants who are interns or hold limited permits requiring supervision.

• You must possess independence when it comes to scheduling clients and managing cases, demonstrating outstanding communication abilities both in writing and verbally.

• It’s crucial to have no disciplinary actions on your professional license to maintain our organization's high standards of care.
