Tra Mar Mechanical, a Crete United Company is a Mechanical Solutions service provider in Northern Colorado Market. Headquartered in Greeley we provide service, maintenance, retro fit, tenant finish, new construction and sustainable energy products to small and large building owners, managers and agents including commercial, healthcare, institutional and municipal.

We're looking for an organized, dependable Office Assistant to help keep our operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a fast-paced team, we'd love to meet you. This position is for someone who is comfortable with technology, including Microsoft Office, pays attention to detail, and doesn’t mind multitasking and assisting others. We use many different software programs. Administration experience as well as customer service experience is a MUST.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

  • Answer incoming calls with a polite and professional voice. Patient demeanor is mandatory.
  • Receiving and organizing deliveries, etc.
  • Data Entry, programs including Microsoft Office, (especially EXCEL and WORD), and viewpoint spectrum.
  • Inventory management, light warehouse work checking in and ordering parts.
  • Must be dedicated, dependable and reliable.
  • Maintain the upmost confidentiality in regard to all business activities.
  • Requires excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create relationships with clients and provide them with remarkable service.
  • Possess and respect a safety-first attitude, as safety always comes first at Tra Mar Mechanical.
  • Must be self-starter, works well with little supervision.

  • Experience as an administrative or office support

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in construction, HVAC, mechanical contracting, or a service-based business
  • Familiarity with ERP software is a plus

Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
