Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care from anywhere while maintaining a flexible schedule. With operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, you will have the autonomy to create your own schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapy sessions via live video with individual adults, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure holistic care that addresses complex patient needs.

• Utilize automated tools for symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and treatment goal progress to continually refine and adapt each patient's treatment plan.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and consultation sessions that enhance your professional development and clinical acumen.

• Document patient interactions and treatment outcomes efficiently using our integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system, streamlining paperwork and allowing you to focus on patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on adult clients, including those grappling with a range of mental health challenges from anxiety and depression to more severe disorders that may increase their risk factors. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, depending on experience, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
