Paid Search Manager
We're partnering with an award-winning digital marketing agency, to find a Paid Search Manager who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity where you'll manage and optimize paid search campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including technology, fintech, travel & tourism, and consumer products. If you're passionate about performance marketing, data-driven decision making, and delivering measurable results, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do
- Own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy testing, and bid strategy management.
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align paid search efforts with broader digital marketing strategies.
- Stay current on paid search trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on paid search (SEM/PPC) experience.
- Strong experience managing campaigns in Google Ads (Microsoft Ads is a plus).
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting.
- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts in an agency or consulting environment.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for optimizing campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
