Litigation Associate

Job Title Junior to Mid-level Litigation Associate – New York Office Responsibilities Handle most aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings and motions Conduct legal research Argue hearings Manage discovery requests and responses Take and defend depositions Assist with trial preparation and trial Qualifications 2‑6 years of experience at a top‑tier firm and/or judicial clerkship Admission to the New York Bar JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record Significant and exceptional writing experience and skills Experience with healthcare/managed care litigation a plus but not required Legal research, drafting, discovery, and coordination with local counsel Strong verbal and written communication, research and organizational skills Courtroom and deposition experience preferred but not required Self‑starter; able to prioritize workload, exercise good judgment, and work well under pressure Salary Salary range is $235,000 – $315,000 per year, dependent on skills and experience.
