Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services through individual, group, and family therapy, maintaining a caseload focused on client-centered treatment approaches.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to address overall treatment goals, engaging in regular meetings to ensure alignment and progress.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs, developing integrated care plans that incorporate both treatment and linked community services.

• Facilitate timely interventions during crisis situations and employ appropriate techniques to support clients in immediate distress.

• Remain duly informed about and compliant with ethical standards and administrative regulations governing social work practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will engage predominantly with a diverse array of clients facing significant mental health challenges, including but not limited to adults with severe emotional disturbances and children/adolescents undergoing traumatic experiences.
