Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst - Lead Claims BA

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Business Analyst / Lead Claims BA with strong expertise in the insurance claims domain and hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience.
The ideal candidate will have 4 5+ years of Guidewire ClaimCenter experience and a proven ability to lead Claims BA workstreams, work directly with clients and business stakeholders, and translate business requirements into effective Guidewire solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead business analysis activities for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations, enhancements, and transformation initiatives.

Work closely with clients and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document requirements .

Facilitate business workshops, requirements sessions, and claims process-mapping exercises .

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria .

Analyze and document current-state and future-state claims processes.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Guidewire teams, developers, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Support UAT, test planning, defect triage, and implementation activities .

Provide functional guidance on insurance claims processes and Guidewire ClaimCenter best practices .

Maintain requirements traceability and ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives.

4 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire ClaimCenter experience .

Strong insurance claims domain knowledge.

Proven experience working as a Lead Business Analyst on Guidewire ClaimCenter projects.

Experience with requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and documentation.

Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.

Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and implementation .

Excellent communication, facilitation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote consulting environment .
A senior Claims Business Analyst who combines deep insurance domain knowledge with strong Guidewire ClaimCenter expertise and can independently lead requirements, workshops, stakeholder engagement, and delivery activities from discovery through implementation.
