Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to evaluate patients’ experiences and develop comprehensive treatment plans that adhere to their unique backgrounds.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other techniques tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients.

• Provide virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health issues, fostering resilience and promoting overall well-being among your patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals from marginalized communities, each bringing unique mental health challenges shaped by their cultural and social contexts. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
