What You Will Do Website as a Product: Define and own the website roadmap Prioritize features that drive conversion, retention, and membership adoption Manage backlog and sprint planning with engineering Improve site performance, speed, and UX consistency Conversion & Growth Optimization: Lead A/B testing across landing pages, PDP, checkout, and onboarding Optimize pricing presentation, bundling, and subscription framing Increase CVR, AOV, and membership attach rate Identify friction points and systematically remove them Membership / SaaS Experience: Design clear value communication for Plaud membership tiers Optimize subscription flows (trial, upsell, renewal) Improve onboarding journey from purchase → activation → first value Partner with cross-function team on product launches and messaging rollout Cross-Functional Leadership, work closely with: Engineering (implementation) Brand (narrative & positioning) Growth (paid traffic & funnel performance) Product (feature roadmap & membership model) Regional teams (localization) What Success Looks Like: World-class brand aesthetics and experience Increased website conversion rate Higher membership attach rate Improved checkout completion Faster experimentation cycles Clear, scalable site architecture Skills, Qualifications and Experience We Look for 3-8 years in website product management or growth product roles Experience at fast-growing official website + SaaS or membership-driven brands Strong experimentation background (A/B testing, funnel optimization) Experience working closely with engineering teams Analytical and data-driven mindset Good product taste, systems thinker, builder Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives What We Offer Founding Team: Opportunity to join the founding team of this new initiative, with meaningful ownership and impact on a fast-growing startup.
