Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings highly valued
• Knowledge of individualized education plans and therapy best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to students across K–12, addressing individualized speech and language goals
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance and support to teachers, parents, and educational staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
