Position: Customer Service Sales Representative
Location: Tempe, AZ
$21-$24 Hourly Based On Experience

Must Have
- 2+ Years of Customer Service, Call Center or Sales Experience
- Self-sufficient
- Inbound and outbound calling experience
- Customer Service experience
- Organized, reliable, & meet deadline
- Strong written and verbal communication skill
Day to Day
This is a huge opportunity to get your foot in the door with a large fortune 500 company. The Sales Service representative will speak to prospective clients and qualify leads for the sales account managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completes telephone calls to establish and qualify leads and prospects for the sales force
- Handles incoming customer calls with the intent of extending contact to sell new or additional products and/or services and to provide customer satisfaction and retention
- Handles inquiries generated by advertising
- Records customer information and maintains data records in appropriate tool
- Ensures information is recorded timely, accurately and in a clear understandable manner
- Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements
- Cultivating new qualified leads through both cold and warm calls (outbound/inbound)
