Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at Green Life Counseling Center, you will:

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, focusing on issues such as relationship conflicts, communication barriers, and emotional challenges.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including grief, trauma, and adjustment disorders.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.

• Provide ongoing support and resources to clients, ensuring continuity of care and identifying additional resources as needed.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to enhance treatment approaches and share best practices, contributing to a cohesive care team.

• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including couples struggling with interpersonal issues, families facing conflicts, and individuals navigating personal mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Valid and active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Green Life Counseling Center offers competitive compensation with a salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annualized, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous base salary, we provide:
