Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To Provide administrative support to various operational areas Collect and analyze data to evaluate operational areas Create and update documents and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office software packages Handle incoming customer and vendor phone calls Track progress on special projects Create bill of materials in Vantage for new parts Update bill of material in Vantage form customer or internal process changes Update routers Generate work instructions Assist with inventory control Purchase and track materials requested Coordinate and expedite work to various internal departments Coordinate and communicate work in process and close out completed jobs Skills Ability to follow established methods and procedures Use of eyes for visual inspection purposes Hand dexterity Ability to lift up to 35 pounds Ability to stand, sit, or move about the facility during scheduled work hours Work as a team player and communicate work related issues as needed What You Bring Safety Mindset: Consistent usage of required PPE and safety procedures for tasks being performed. Experience: Demonstrated longevity of at least eight consecutive months in previous employment. Top Candidates will have: working experience in manufacturing environment. Adaptability: Work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures; Ability to work overtime when required; Eagerness to learn processes and procedures in multiple areas.
