Production Supervisor

Position Production Supervisor – Cheatham Annex Overview Are you a results‑driven production professional with experience managing kitting and material flow operations in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? You will oversee daily production and receiving activities supporting EXMEDS builds, ensuring materials are kitted, staged, labeled, and containerized accurately and on schedule. In this role you will manage production personnel, coordinate workflow across departments, and ensure compliance with established procedures, safety standards, and customer requirements to maintain consistent production readiness. Responsibilities Supervise production and receiving operations. Manage production schedules and workload assignments. Execute kitting, staging, labeling, and containerization. Coordinate material flow between receiving, production, and staging. Maintain production documentation in DMLSS. Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Minimum two (2) years of production or logistics supervisory experience related to kitting or warehouse operations. Experience supporting warehouse or kitting operations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production environment. Active U.S. citizenship with a current NACI and PIV Credential; active Secret Security Clearance preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation. OSHA certification or willingness to obtain. Successful background checks including fingerprinting and drug screening. Ability to work on‑site daily Monday through Friday at Cheatham Annex. Meeting Government suitability requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience in medical logistics or EXMEDS production. Familiarity with ISO containers and palletized loads. Valid forklift license (4K–6K and stand‑up) or willingness to obtain. Additional Information Military Veterans and Spouses are encouraged to apply. Former Military, Navy Experience Is Preferred.
