Production Coordinator 1st Shift

The anticipated pay rate for this role is $17.00/Hourly. Responsibilities Accurately assemble custom procedure trays, identifying medical components by description and vendor item number. Follow assembly instructions, placing the correct component and quantity into the tray using the counting method. Visually inspect components for defects; verify conformance to specifications and report or reject defective components in accordance with guidelines. Complete prep assemblies within a custom procedure tray, selecting the appropriate wrap and proceeding to wrap the tray per customer’s specified sterile technique. Ensure communication between the Team Leader and set‑up person before each job is set up so that special instructions can be provided as needed. Maintain three job orders ready for the line at all times, when applicable. Verify contents of the Device History Record, including assembly instructions, pick ticket, kit insert labels, expiration dates, and related notes. Create copies of assembly instructions. Verify vendor ID and description of all components and arrange them sequentially on carts. Verify that at least one product is batch counted on the cart and remove outer packaging from product when necessary. Ensure the sealing machine is properly calibrated with correct settings (temperature, speed, pressure). Check for the correct header bag and proper insert labels; seal packages to the proper specifications. Complete necessary paperwork. Properly load and package product on the machine as assigned. Inspect components for visible defects during the load and packaging process. Rotate loading positions as required. Adhere to SOPs, GMP, and ISO policies. Perform additional duties as directed. Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Must be able to read and write in English. Or any combination of relevant education and experience that meets the above requirements.
