High volume steak house is searching for a Sous Chef ! This leader will work hand in hand with the kitchen team to ensure quality standards are met and guest expectations are exceeded. The ideal candidate will have strong people skills, a desire to develop others, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
