Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Healing Harbor Psychiatric Solutions, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of the clients.

• Conduct thorough mental and emotional health assessments to develop personalized and effective treatment plans that meet the specific needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatric professionals, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, progress, and treatment interventions through our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest research and practices in mental health counseling to continually deliver the highest standard of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a strong commitment to continuing education in the mental health field.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, prior experience in a community health setting or with diverse populations will be viewed favorably. familiarity with electronic health record systems and data management is also advantageous, as is knowledge of cultural competency in mental health care practices, to ensure the best outcomes for clients from varied backgrounds.
