This position is entirely remote, offering flexibility in your work setting while maintaining a strong connection with our supportive team. Our Community Health Clinic serves as the foundation for our operations, where we prioritize the mental well-being of our clients. Scheduled work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Perform thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Apply various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to enhance client outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and note significant changes in treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage regularly with other team members through case discussions and collaborative care strategies to ensure a comprehensive approach to client well-being.

• Facilitate community workshops and outreach programs aimed at enhancing awareness and education related to mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will support a varied client base, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
